How do I return an item?


Step 1: How to return


  1. Go to Orders & Return if you have an account.

  2. Find the order you want to return and click return item(s).

  3. Select each item and your reason for returning.

  4. Return label will be sent to your email with the information of the courier service.  

Step 2: Prepare your return


  1. Place the item inside the original packaging.

  2. Attach your return label which will be emailed to you on the packaging. 

  3. Give the waybill Document to the Courier.



We accept returns only in the USA.

Must be within 7days from the day your order was delivered

What are your delivery options?


For Standard shipping in the USA (5-7 days)

For International Shipping (7-14 days)


What is your returns policy?


  1. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included

  2. Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective box when returned

  3. When trying on footwear, please do not mark the soles or damage the shoe box

  4. Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it

  5. Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
